2.3 Client & Staff Information

Users may add and manage:

  • Client names, contact details, addresses

  • Staff member details and assigned roles

  • Optional identifiers such as PAN or GST (if entered by the user)

All such information is user-provided and user-controlled.


2.4 Device & Technical Information

For operational and security purposes, we may collect:

  • Device type and operating system

  • App version

  • IP address (in limited cases)

  • Crash logs and performance diagnostics

This data is used only for app stability, security, and improvement.


3. How We Use Your Information

7. Data Storage & Security Measures

We implement reasonable security measures including:

  • Secure server infrastructure

  • Encrypted passwords

  • Logical separation of user accounts

However, no digital system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Data Retention

Once your request is submitted:

Your account deletion request will be processed securely.

All personal and case-related data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.

You may also choose temporary deactivation, which will suspend access to your account without deleting your data.
